Contractors will carry and supply certificates of insurance showing property damage and public liability coverage in an amount of not less than $500,000.00 and Workman’s
Compensation coverage on employees prior to the commencement of work. Owner and managing agent are to be named as additional insured with copies supplied prior to acceptance of a proposal.

• For payment on the 1st, submit invoices by the 25th
• For payment on the 15th, submit invoices by the 10th
• Provide all necessary documents for prompt payment
• Payments are subject to inspection and approval
