KS Management is the leading provider of HOA and condo management services across Michigan's Wayne, Monroe, Oakland, Washtenaw, and Livingston counties, as well as Florida's Sarasota County! With our 80 years' of combined industry experience, we currently manage over 100 communities with over 8000 residents in multiple states.
Founded in 2001, KS Management was one of the first association management companies in Michigan. Since the beginning, we've strived to serve as the primary source of information for co-owners, homeowners, and Board Members of the communities we manage. We work together to make each community the best it can be.
